    • Health & beauty products once opened

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the item was damaged or incorrectly sent.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible for wrong or defective items.
  • Contact us with details, and we will replace the item at no additional cost.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
